Add accented characters to your font

Add support for accented characters in your font with push of a button.

This is a handy online tool for making accented glyphs using anchors, copying kerning info and anchors with vertical shist from base letters to accented ones. Common Accent Marks are used in many European languages, including French, German, Scandinavian & Spanish. Typically most of the fonts comes with only traditional Latin characters targeted at US English. The accent characters with diatrics added enables them to support other languages.

Select any font file to add accented glyphs. The modified font file will be available to save locally on your computer immediately.

á, é, í, ó, ú Lower Case Acute Accent
Press ALT+E, release, then press A (or another vowel of your choice)
